Fantasy Review For 2018/19 Season: After strong statistical season that didn’t get them into the playoffs, Denver Nuggets went for an amazing on court season, but in fantasy world their players were a bit of a disappointment as a group. Almost every single one of their core players not named Jokic underperformed in the matter of statistical value. Changes in the offseason Lost = Trey Lyles Added = Jerami Grant, Bol Bol Projected Depth Chart: PG SG SF PF C Jamal Murray Gary Harris Torrey Craig Paul Millsap Nikola Jokic Monte Morris Malik Beasley Will Barton Jerami Grant Mason Plumlee […]

Fantasy Review For 2018/19 Season: It was all Kemba in Charlotte last year. He almost managed to singlehandedly bring playoffs to the town. Unfortunately, at the very end he didn’t get enough support from his teammates, as Hornets finished just two wins behind 8th place and Detroit Pistons, despite winning all four games in their head to head matchup. However the organization didn’t consider him worth of the supermax contract after the season which resulted in a meltdown in their relationship and ultimately a departure of the All Star point guard. Changes in the offseason: Lost = Kemba Walker, Jeremy […]
Posted in Teams previewFantasy Review For 2018/19 season: The organization went through typical after-James meltdown. As for a team left with bunch of expensive and useless veterans and a little young potential, they fared pretty well. Unfortunately their plan of reshaping the offense around Kevin Love fell through, due to his another injury, and their new coach, Larry Drew didn’t stood up to challenge of leading a team through crisis. On the other side, they gathered a bit of future assets via trades and their first round pick, Collin Sexton turned out to be a decent NBA prospect. Changes in the offseason Lost = […]
Posted in Teams previewFantasy Review For 2018/19 Season: Knicks were a mess both on the court and in the fantasy basketball. Despite having plenty of young players to develop they wer deciding to play veterans at their cost. They lacked winning talent, locker room chemistry and a plan. David Fizdale became a public enemy number 1 for fantasy managers with his sick rotation and weird choices. It was a season to forget. Changes in the offseason Lost = Mario Hezonja, Emmanuel Mudiay, Luke Kornet, Noah Vonleh Added = Julius Randle, Bobby Portis, Taj Gibson, Wayne Ellington, Elfrid Payton, Reggie Bullock, Marcus Morris, RJ Barrett, It […]
Posted in Teams previewFantasy Review For 2018/19 Season: Blake Griffin being again an All NBA player was the biggest story of Pistons season 2018/19. New coach, Dwayne Casey, shaped Detroit’s offensive system around him, and the star paid him off big time. He was a lider on and off the court, playing as a true point forward, leading team both in points and assists. On the other side of the ball he recieved a significant help from Andre Drummond, who finally raised up to the role of team’s defensive leader. Together they are a very rare pair in modern NBA, as no other […]
Posted in Teams previewFantasy Review For 2018/19 Season: A team that is usually overlooked during offseason and preseason and that beats the expectation on a regular basis. The same happened last season. First, they managed to clinch the third spot in the bloodbath of the Western Conference, then despite being underdogs in all of their playoff series, they managed to get into the Western Conference Finals, loosing there to their nemesis, Golden State Warriors. What is worth noting, they pulled of that playoffs run without their second/third best player, as Jusuf Nurkic ended his breakout season in March with an gruesome ankle injury. […]
Posted in Teams previewFantasy Review For 2018/19 Season: After a bit disappointing first half of the season, Jazz again reached the Playoffs, but lost easily in an extremely tough matchup against Houston Rockets. Modern basketball yet again brutally verified their offense, as they simply couldn’t score enough points to win a playoff series against elite offense. This resulted with offseason moves that were focused on improving their scoring without taking huge defensive hit. Changes in the offseason Lost = Derrick Favors, Grayson Allen, Jae Crowder, Raul Neto, Ricky Rubio Added = Mike Conley, Bojan Bogdanovic, Ed Davis, Jeff Green, Emmanuel Mudiay Projected Depth […]
Posted in Teams previewFantasy Review For 2018/19 Season: After quite promising 17/18 campaign, the 18/19 season started with an organizational meltdown and ended with a revolution on every level, from bottom to the very top. Tom Thibodeau refused to solve the Jim Butler situation, which eventually still ended with a trade, but at coach/president own wish there was some bumpy road leading to it. In the aftermatch of the case, Thibs got fired, and Wolves went through quick rebuild on the front office side, with Ryan Saunders stepping up as a head coach and Gersson Rosas being hired as a president of basketball […]
Posted in Teams previewFantasy Review For 2018/19 Season: Quite successful season led to another disappointing playoff performance and to somehow successful offseason. Thunder got an escape from the jail card from Kawhi Leonard and the Clippers and were able to turn a team with a capped upside into a huge pile of future assets and some quality fill-in veterans, all in one summer. Changes in the offseason Lost =Paul George, Russell Westbrook, Jerami Grant Added = Chris Paul, Danilo Gallinari, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Darius Bazley , Mike Muscala, Projected Depth Chart: PG SG SF PF C Chris Paul Shai Gilgeous Alexander Terrance Ferguson Danilo Gallinari Steven […]
Posted in Teams previewFantasy Review For 2019/20 Season: It was a very disappointing and injury plagued season for the Suns. Their, already fired, new coach, Igor Kokoskov couldn’t figure out the PG rotation next to Devin Booker while refusing to start the star at that position. Simultaneously he didn’t try hard enough to incorporate DeAndre Ayton into teams offense leaving the number one pick with only 12.3 shots per game, most of them rather opportunistic. Fortunately, they managed to gather some really interesting wing talent with Mikal Bridges and Kelly Oubre, both of whom became hot fantasy pickups of the second part of […]
